Dear gorgeous humans,
I'm writing to you with some reminders of how to support the nervous system at this time- your own and others'. How can we find our feet on the ground, our heart center, our breath? To anchor ourselves in truth, kindness, caring, and love?
In this Unknowing
is a deeper Knowing-
Feet finding the path.
A blossoming in the heart,
a fire in the belly.
Weeping into singing.
Chamomile is on my mind today. Have you noticed her springing up recently, in the pathways along the trails, and wildly in the hills? Such a simple medicine, and yet so potent.

We are entering the year of Yin Wood Snake.
Into the darkness we go.
Sinking into fertile Earth,
luxuriating into the welcoming Night,
releasing into Deep Waters.
Solace and Resource
a rich embrace.
