In case it resonates... here's where I got to on my Wednesday wander and deep into an acupuncture dreamland today...
In this Unknowing
is a deeper Knowing-
Feet finding the path.
A blossoming in the heart,
a fire in the belly.
Weeping into singing.
Breath = Trust = Truth.
Unwrapping this emergent urgency
we find stillness, eternity,
a longer story of time.
Keeping faith, taking heart,
having heart,
wholehearted;
courage and caring.
Softening the grip, letting go, letting be.
Here is everpresent ease and comfort,
space and embrace of loving possibility.
Here is hope,
living sometimes quietly
and sometimes joyfully,
carried along in our hearts,
keeper of the flame.
Here is Healing;
may it be everywhere.
I'm always filled with wonder at the amazing places we can go while the needles are doing their work. So many interesting dreams, visions, somatic sensations I have experienced and that patients have shared with me over the years. (Today, among other things, I felt hands supporting and holding my own hands, warm and kind, as I emerged from the deep acu dreams...)
These healing sessions are truly an opportunity to just take a break from all the effort-ing and striving and trying; to let go for a little while. To go deep within the field of healing and ease and be-ing, and let your inner healer weave transformative magic.
