Summer Solstice arrives on Thursday June 20, this year. Summer is the season of the Heart and the element of Fire*... So, from my heart to your beautiful heart, here is a little solstice poem/blessing for you :-)

Heart filled with Love
shine your beautiful Sun glow
touching each organ, every cell within
so that each mitochondria feels safe and at peace and strong and glad
whole body can heal and thrive
humming with vitality joy ease
- sunlight (and water/earth/space/air!) in each cell!
Loving Sun Heart
reaches all Hearts
emanating peace
emanating love
emanating hope.
Like a babe cradled in loving arms,
we receive Earth's Heartbeat
the HeartSong is the resonance
all vibrating in coherent rhythm
each moment of presence
a deep resource.
