Guided Meditations

I’ve recorded a couple of amateur guided meditations!

This is a feelings based meditation with qualities of being safe, love, care, abundant health, vitality, hope, gratitude, strength, compassion, and the like… hope you enjoy! Feel free, as you listen, to breathe in and out with your own rhythm that feels comfortable (perhaps try 6 second inhales and 6 second exhales, nasally if possible), rather than waiting for a prompt to inhale or exhale.
